• Màay offers free shipping in India on all orders whose total (the sum of product price net of discount) is above Rs. 3000.

• Shipping charges for order value below Rs. 3000 are Rs.200, which will be added to your total purchase value at Checkout.

• Orders placed in India are catered to by safe and reliable courier companies like First Flight, Aramex and DelhiVery.

• We offer safe and secure credit, debit and internet banking options for Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, RuPay holders.

• In addition, we offer COD (Cash on Delivery)across India.

       CASH ON DELIVERY:

• We offer cash on delivery across India, for which additional Rs. 200 would be added in the total purchase amount.

• However kindly note that COD is only a payment option; customers are required to make the full payment for their order before they open the package. The product once ordered and confirmed for is final; COD products cannot be tried or returned at the point of delivery.

• Kindly note that the COD option is not valid for a try and buys facility.

• COD is not applicable as a payment option on order value above Rs.10,000 or on Pre-Order collection.

      ORDER CONFIRMATION AND SHIPPING

• We will send an email confirmation of your order and may contact you to confirm this before shipping the products. Once the shipment is processed, a tracking code will be sent to you, to check the status of the shipment.Please note that orders once placed can not be cancelled but we would also be happy to provide you with any assistance you may require post ordering.

      DELIVERY TIME

• Each Màay product is ethically handcrafted in Kashmir by our talented kashmiri artisans and each piece takes a couple of days to get finished hand embroidery. We try our best to ship your order within 10-15 business days.

• The shipping time for customized orders, out of stock and pre-order products would however be longer and will be as mentioned on the product page as well.

• Once the shipment is processed,we would share tracking details via your provided email ID. These delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistic partners.We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.

• Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
