Returns & Exchanges
  • We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each hand-embroidered màay garment. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

 

  • Once the màay pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement or a store credit (provided the terms and conditions are met).

 

  • As a policy, we do not offer returns on products which are delivered in perfect condition. If you’ve had an incorrect product delivered to you (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation), if you find that you’ve made an error with size (for clothing), or if the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we will be happy to exchange your product for a replacement.

  • If you would like to exchange a piece of clothing for a different size or have received a defective product please write to us within 5 days of delivery. We will be happy to, following a quality check, offer you a refund which will be processed in 5 working days. Products cannot be exchanged or returned for reasons other than the above.

  • Please note that the mode of refund would be same as the mode in which payment was made at the time of purchase.

  1. If the mode chosen was Net banking or payment through Credit Card/Debit Card , the amount would be credited to the same bank account which was used at the time of purchase.

  2. If the mode chosen was Cash on delivery or Cash payments, the amount would be credited to the store coupon for your further purchase.

  3. Shipping/delivery charges and taxes won't be refunded.

  • Cancellation Policy

       Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

  • In case you make an error while providing us with your personal details,Please contact us within 24 hours of the placement of order. We'll check your issue and get back to you as soon as possible. For more details, check our Terms &Conditions.     

HOW TO EXCHANGE?

You must inform us within 5 days of delivery of the product. Please send us an email to hello@maaylife.com with order no and attach an image of the piece    purchased.

Once you have mailed us, please ship out the pieces to the following address:

The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by the customer. When we deliver your corrected pair, màay will take care of the shipping costs.

DISCLAIMER : 

1.If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.

2. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. We would require all original papers to be returned with the product.

3. Màay reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before  processing any returns or exchanges.

4. All custom made & Pre-orders are non-returnable. As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once the màay pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement or a store credit (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met).
